New Editions

We’re excited to share four new editions, created in the Gaada workshop, to our online shop.

We work with some incredibly prolific artists at Gaada and we love the chance to share the high standard of work created via our online shop.

Artist Struan Haswell has created a series of risograph printed badges to celebrate his exhibition I will not give up on a list of things I like to stay the same without ending, which took place at Gaada in May 2021. Read more here. The badges include decisive statements typical to Struan’s work, such as ‘Absolutely Not, Let’s Get Out of Here’ and ‘I Don’t Feel Like Saying ‘maybe’ if I Don’t Know’. Artist Joyce Davies has recently been developing some of her screen print work into a series of new risographs. Two new editions ‘Bold and Brazen’ and ‘Growing Inside of Me’ are available now, both of which highlight the beautiful painterly quality of Joyce’s work.

Artist and Educator, Esther McManus has created a series of three prints to coincide with Time in the Archive, her exhibition in Display, Gaada’s outdoor exhibition space. Esther contribution to We Axe For What We Want, a publication which foregrounds the multiple voices and collaborations of Gaada’s 2020/21 programme, Weemin’s Wark.

We are getting ready to publish the publication in July 2021 so keep a look out for that addition to our shop very soon!
