"Burra" is a group of two islands, with Gaada being location on West Burra Isle. Burra is connected to the Shetland mainland by two bridges and can be reached from Lerwick in approx 15 minutes by car.

It is possible to get a bus to Scalloway and transfer at Blydoit to the Burra Feeder Service (Bus 5) run by ZetTrans.

Unforntunately the Feeder Bus is quite old and cannot accomodate wheelchairs.

Allied Taxis have a range of vehicles which can comfortably accommodate wheelchair users.
